6th grade

I just got back from my Winter Holiday. During the holiday I spend time with my grandparents. I also enjoyed time with my friends on new year's eve.

Last year when I was finishing 5th grade, I thought 6th grade was going to have a lot of homework. I was really excited but scared at the same time.

Actually, I found out that 6th grade was fun and exciting. But it is a lot of hard work and you get a lot of homework.

I thought the photo shop project was going to be hard but it turned out to be easy. I was really happy with my final project.

I thought getting high honor roll was going to be easy but it turned out to be hard. With hard work I was able to get high honor roll.

Something I had no idea about but turned out to be important was the bringing your planner to every class. Other wise you usually forget your homework.

August 12 was the first day of school. I remember how confused i got with my schedule. I couldn't figure out where which classroom was.

During August, after school activities began. I participated in SAISA swimming and I remember how tiring it was. SAISA swimming used to end at 6:00pm I had barely anytime to finish all my homework.

September 24 we had class retreats. I remember playing Frisbee in the pool. It was really fun

Class trips are coming up next month, I am looking forward to enjoying my time with my friends. I would also like to experience new things.

There are a lot of changes this year. Something I am really good at is badminton. I really enjoy it and I have fun.

Something I am not so good at is soccer. I really don't enjoy playing. I prefer Basketball.

Something I would like to improve on is my organization. I would like to be more orgainized so I know where everything is.

I helped someone else blend their pictures in photoshop. I was glad she found it a lot easier after I told her what to do.

Next quarter I am hoping to get good grades. So I can maintain it through out the year

I went to comicstripgenerator.com and browsed for a few varieties of comics until I found the one which I wanted. then I customized it and rendered it. CLUELESS CAT

Flex Day

      Flex day was amazing. The whole middle school had to choose a one two hour activity or 2 one hour activities. I had signed up with my friends for cooking. We were lucky to be one of the first people o sign up. Many people wanted to sign up. 

Our main course was a chicken soup. We had corn bread with butter. Our desert was pumpkin muffins. My friend and I were in charge of making the corn bread. It was pretty easy. First we mixed all of the dry ingredients together. Then we started to put in the liquid ingredients. We mixed it well and we put it in the oven to bake.

The best part after all the cleaning up was eating the delicious food we made. It was hard to believe that we made such good food. It would be cool if we could make a restaurant. I think it would run well. It was one of the best flex days ever. I would love to live this moment again.
